Ordering

All orders are made via the Internet. We do not accept orders in any other way than via our online store on our website. We do not accept pick-up of orders from us at Oxie. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained from the customer before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes us to suffer financial or other damage, is reported to the police. Ordering gives consent for the customer's e-mail to be registered in our list for newsletters, and consent is also given for T Fashion AB to send newsletters to the e-mail address. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cancellation

As long as your order has not left our warehouse, it is possible to make a cancellation. Contact us at info@tulipfashion.se, provide order number and full name. We then confirm whether it is possible to carry out the cancellation.

We are currently unable to handle additions to orders.

Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A nice thing about Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchases and payments. First you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe.

Terms of payment are also stated in the checkout under the respective payment options.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard shipping
Fixed price from SEK 59 (regardless of order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden, from 89 SEK for deliveries outside Sweden. Delivered to your nearest DHL or PostNord agent. Smaller shipments are sent to your mailbox.
Free shipping
For orders of SEK 699 or more, we offer free shipping options. Please note, however, that in the case of a return that makes the total amount for the purchase below SEK 699, a shipping fee of SEK 69 will be charged.

Terms for delivery are also stated in the checkout under each delivery method. If an article has different delivery times, it is stated at the respective article. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. You always receive a notification via sms, email or letter showing where and when the package can be picked up. If you do not pick up the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 300 SEK.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not against payment.

If you wish to return the purchase, you must send a clear message to info@tulipfashion.se in the manner stated here before the cancellation deadline has passed. You need to write your name, address and order number. Return form - Print and attach when returning.

If you do not want to use the above option in a message, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has developed (see www.konsumentverket.se)

If the goods have not arrived at Tulip Fashion within 14 days after notification of return, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase.

14 days open purchase

We comply with the distance contract law and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of your order (or a large part of). The item should be returned well packaged, in fine condition and in original packaging.

If you as a customer have treated the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has led to the article being returned less worthy, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the article's value reduction on the amount to be refunded. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Due to health and hygiene reasons, returns of perfume oils are not accepted.

Refund

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the item.

Privacy Policy

When you place your order with us, you need to provide some personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our database to fulfill the agreement with you. You are entitled under the Personal Data Act (PUL) to obtain the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email.
